RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - SEHEN ORGANIC SOLUTIONS

Right to Return:

You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving a reason, in accordance with consumer rights regulations.

Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Organic fertilizers must have an intact safety seal
- Returned product should be in a condition allowing resale
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be included with the return

How to Make a Return:

1. Contact us via email: [your email] or contact form
2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. You will receive instructions for returning the product
4. Send the product to: Komedy 12/31, 80-176 Gdansk, Poland

Return Costs:
- Customer bears the cost of returning the product
- Refund of purchase costs within 14 days of receiving the returned product
- We refund the full product value and delivery costs (if free shipping was applied)

Complaints:

In case of defective or damaged product during transport:
- Report the complaint within 7 days of receiving the shipment
- Attach photos of the damaged product
- Return of defective product is free of charge
- Exchange or refund within 14 days

Products Not Subject to Return:
- Products with broken safety seal (for hygiene reasons)
- Products damaged by improper use
