TERMS OF SERVICE - SEHEN ORGANIC SOLUTIONS

§1 General Provisions

1. The Sehen Organic Solutions online store, available at www.sehen.nexus, is operated by JDG Vitali Sehen Nexus NIP: 9571192581 based in Gdansk.
2. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the online store and the rules for concluding sales agreements.

§2 Products and Prices

1. The store offers organic fertilizers and ecological products for plant cultivation.
2. All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
3. Product prices do not include delivery costs, which are specified in the shipping policy.
4. The store reserves the right to change product prices, but this does not affect orders already placed.

§3 Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the order form on the store's website.
2. To place an order, it is necessary to provide personal data and delivery address.
3. Confirmation of order acceptance is sent via email.
4. The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives order confirmation.

§4 Payments

1. The store accepts the following payment methods:
   - Online payments via Shopify Payments
   - Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
   - Other payment methods available at checkout

2. Payment should be made within 48 hours of placing the order.
3. The order is processed after payment is received.

§5 Delivery

1. Products are shipped within Poland and internationally.
2. Detailed information about costs and delivery times can be found in the shipping policy.
3. Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

§6 Complaints and Returns

1. The rules for complaints and returns are defined in the return policy.
2. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

§7 Personal Data Protection

1. The data controller is JDG Vitali Sehen Nexus.
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and privacy policy.
3. The customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

§8 Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated in these terms and conditions, Polish law applies.
2. The store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the change.
3. Disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the seller's registered office.
